Esther Fernandez

Passionate traveler and lover of sports and nature.
Graduated for the International Yoga Alliance in Hatha Anusara Yoga with Emily Kuser and in Vinyasa Yoga with Simon Park as well as in Yoga Nidra with Philippe Beer Gabel, I have had the opportunity to see, hear and feel with great masters all over the world.

My Yoga practices are based on the alignment of the body and the mind.

I refer to my style as a traditional Yoga adapted to the lifestyle here. I have been inspired by different parts of the world and that distinguishes my practice. I like helping people to disconnect the “automatic pilot” and to active the essence of my being to breathe, to connect with the surrounding area and to enjoy every feeling in every moment and LIVE!

I am very happy to give you the welcome in Tidore.

David Cabezas Sánchez

I was born in Caracas/Venezuela and I met Hatha Yoga in 2004. Over time I began to practice continuously while combining it with other activities such as skating, capoeira Angola, surfing and music.

Passionate about group practices and social impact, I had the opportunity to learn and participate in different social and cultural movements, focused on cooperating with people who are at risk of social exclusion, drug addiction, domestic abuse, etc.. I am passionate about working for and with people.

In 2015 I was invited by Ricardo Martin to travel to Thailand and train as a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 200 Hrs and in ``The Rocket`` 100 Hrs. Then I lived in London where I practiced in Indaba Yoga Studio and thanks to Work and Change or Karma Yoga I got to know different styles of Yoga by the hand of internationally renowned teachers.

Currently I live and work in Zarautz for Tidore Yoga Club.

Paula Laguna De Miguel

I was always a very active girl but I had trouble breathing when playing sports. I started doing yoga with the idea of learning an activity that would help me with breathing and being able to practice at home. Over the next several years, yoga helped me cope with stressful times and change my pace of life. At the beginning I was doing more dynamic practices, at which point I decided to do the Tidore Yoga yoga training to learn more. I didn't see my path as a yoga teacher until one day I had the opportunity to teach a class and when I finished I liked the feeling it gave me so much that I felt like I wanted to combine teaching yoga with my work. I believe that life is continuous learning and therefore, I continue to train, read and learn to bring that knowledge closer to my students. My practice evolved towards a greater energetic connection with myself and the universe thanks to the “Body Poetry Enhanced Training” that I did with Lara Zilibowitz. I practice different styles of yoga, focusing more on Vinyasa where I have found the way to express my creativity. In my classes, I want my students to flow, connect the movements to their breathing and feel that energetic connection.
